She works within an imaginary of the intimate that explores the contrast between the soft and the threatening as a place from which to evoke tensions around desire and vulnerability as power. Problematizes narratives concerning the representation of the intimate within scopic regimes, as well as a material vocabulary that addresses anatomical compulsions behind the objects.
